Tulum Nights: Plated Passions (IN PERSON DINNER EXPERIENCE)

Welcome to an evening of enchantment and culinary discovery inspired by the magical essence of Tulum. Each course is designed to tantalize your senses, taking you on a journey through the vibrant flavors and aromas of this coastal paradise.

Amuse-Bouche

    • Yucatán Lime and Avocado Gazpacho A refreshing and zesty blend of local limes and creamy avocado, garnished with a sprinkle of chili powder and fresh cilantro.

Appetizer

    • Ceviche Tulum Style Fresh catch of the day marinated in a citrus medley of lime and orange, mixed with red onions, mango, and a hint of habanero. Served with homemade tostadas.

Main Course (Choice of one)

    • Cochinita Pibil Slow-roasted pork marinated in achiote and citrus, wrapped in banana leaves. Served with pickled red onion, charred pineapple, and handmade corn tortillas.

    • Grilled Snapper with Mayan Salsa Verde Locally sourced snapper grilled to perfection, topped with a vibrant salsa made from tomatillos, cilantro, and roasted pepitas. Accompanied by coconut-infused black beans and red rice.

Dessert

    • Chocolate Tamal with Tequila Infused Berries A unique twist on a traditional dish, featuring a soft, sweet tamal filled with rich Mexican chocolate, served with berries marinated in tequila and a light dusting of cinnamon sugar.

Each course is paired with a selection of handcrafted cocktails or mocktails, featuring fresh tropical fruits and traditional Mexican spirits.
